Yum, Yum Hamburger Day

Everyone got to be a chef for the day. We all took turns peeling, grating and cutting. Many thanks to Ayla's mum for the mince used in the patties. Thanks also to Perez and Jessica and Natalie for bringing their mum's along to help us make the hamburgers.

Brachiosaurus and Balloons

Week 8 we met the Brachiosaurus. We wrote stories about this huge dinosaur.
Then..... his friend Triceratops came to visit!

Later in the afternoon we went to the old hall for some balloon fun.

School Assembly

Last week Room 17 hosted the school assembly. Here is a video that shows some of what happened. Everyone spoke on the microphone to introduce themselves. Ka pai Room 17. What a terrific assembly!

Week 7 - A busy Week

Look at our ladybird paintings.... we are trying to make our spot patterns the same on both sides of the ladybird.


We read stories to our big buddies from Room 10. Then they taught us a game called 'The Giant's Keys'.

We learned a new poem about lollipops, then sorted them and ate them!
